Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of NZF Sitelink, a digital site information and compliance platform operated by NZ Facilities Ltd. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

NZF Sitelink is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. By signing up, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organisation, not as an individual consumer.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are for use by one organisation only and may not be shared or resold.

You agree to use NZF Sitelink only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform in any way that violates New Zealand law or applicable regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent compliance documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data
• Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

NZF Sitelink is offered on a subscription basis. During the trial period, access is provided free of charge. Following the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account. We will provide reasonable notice before suspending access due to non-payment.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within NZF Sitelink. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the platform services.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you collect through the platform is collected lawfully and in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

NZF Sitelink provides tools to store and display compliance documents such as building warrants of fitness, asbestos management plans, and health and safety documentation. We provide expiry reminders as a convenience feature only.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance documents are current, accurate, and meet all applicable regulatory requirements. NZF Sitelink does not verify the contents or validity of any documents uploaded to the platform.

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support is provided by email at hello@nzfsitelink.co.nz. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

The NZF Sitelink platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by NZ Facilities Ltd. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, NZ Facilities Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nzfsitelink.co.nz. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
